These would be made through calling a branch ahead with the intention to personally collect the order. Our customer number 0714781341 is open from 6:30 am to 9:30 pm everyday.

Food and drinks from our menu may be delivered to you from any of our branches via our delivery partners. This includes Glovo, Uber Eats and Jumia Food. Kindly note that the locations of delivery are determined by the delivery service providers and therefore out of our hands. However, if you would like to have your food delivered by a trusted rider, they will need to personally come to the branch and make the order on your behalf. This means that the transaction will be between us and the rider.

Our 2 for 1 happy hour which applies to Square Bru and House wine runs every day from 5pm to 9:30pm. Cocktails are served everyday of the week. Happy hour offer on cocktails is 3 for 1 between 5pm and 8pm from Thursday through to Saturday.

For all lost property enquiries, please contact the specific branch using the phone number listed under the location. When speaking to the manager on duty kindly give a detailed description of what you lost and at what time you were at the branch. A period of 2-3 days will be allocated towards tracing the lost item after which we will consider the search unsuccessful.
